First Year Earnings Potential: $60k - $90k Based on Performance

Pay: Commission plus bonuses

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional shared on-call and after-hours duties (Saturdays) among team members.

Hours: Varies depending on the completion of the last job.

Important Note: We conduct a comprehensive 7-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review.

How You'll Make an Impact

• As an Appliance Repair Specialist, you will provide top-notch repairs and replacements for both residential and commercial appliances, delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of appliance repair experience required.
• Valid driver's license with an issue date at least five years prior to this application.
• Knowledge of all relevant federal, state, and local codes, with the ability to apply them practically.
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
• Demonstrated mental aptitude and physical capability to perform job responsibilities.
• Completion of specialized courses in residential and commercial appliance practices, along with knowledge of codes and safety measures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using email, instant messaging, and various electronic devices/applications for effective communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage pressure, and effectively handle challenging customer interactions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to work year-round.
• Must maintain an active driver’s license and be insurable.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, in various temperature conditions.

What You'll Do

• Perform general appliance repairs, diagnosing issues with circuit boards, switches, heating elements, pumps, compressors, motors, and more.
• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure compliance with all codes.
• Accurately assess appliance repair issues, recommend viable solutions, price repairs per company policy, and ensure payment is collected and delivered promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and customers throughout the repair process.
• Guide and train any assistants working alongside you.
• Participate in required department meetings and training, maintaining necessary licenses and fulfilling continuing education requirements.
• Uphold professional conduct at all times, both on-site and while operating company vehicles.
• Be available for periodic on-call assignments to ensure 24/7/365 service coverage.
