We're Hiring HVAC Service Technicians!

Location: This position is for services in Austin and surrounding areas, and it is essential to reside within this radius.

Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a bonus up to $5,000, based on your experience as a qualified repair technician (note: not available for rehires or maintenance technicians).

Income Potential: First-year earnings range between $70k - $150k, depending on your performance.

Training Pay: Competitive hourly pay of $24 - $27 based on your experience.

Schedule: You'll work Monday to Friday, starting at either 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM, and typically finishing around 6:00 PM. Additional opportunities may be available for weekend and after-hours work, with premium rates applicable.

Are You the Right Fit?

To apply, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC maintenance and service. While 5 to 10 years is preferred, it's not mandatory. If you're a recent HVAC school graduate without practical experience, please stay tuned for future apprenticeship opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license issued at least five years prior to the application date.
• A minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC maintenance and service experience.
• Current TDLR registration and EPA universal certification.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local codes and safety measures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using electronic devices and applications for communication.
• Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing stress with professionalism.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to work year-round.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform AC & Heating installations, including duct repair/replacement, refrigerant management, and system diagnostics.
• Identify issues effectively and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure compliance and quality work.
• Communicate with customers to ensure alignment during service processes.
• Train and mentor any assigned helpers.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
