HVAC Service Technician - Expert

Exciting Offerings

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 based on your experience (not applicable for rehires or maintenance techs).
• First Year Earnings: Potential between $70k - $150k, based on your performance.
• Training Pay: $24 - $27 per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule:
• Monday - Friday with working hours starting from 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM, typically concluding around 6:00 PM.
• Opportunities for weekend and after-hours shifts available with applicable rates.
• On-call services may also be part of the role.

Position Requirements

• At least 3 years hands-on experience in residential HVAC maintenance and service required; 5-10 years preferred.
• A valid driver’s license issued at least five years prior to application.
• Current TDLR registration and EPA universal certification are mandatory.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes along with safety measures is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
• Proficiency with various electronic communication tools.
• Ability to manage workload under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with composure.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and dedicated to year-round work.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Your Role Includes

• Performing full installation skills for AC & Heating, including equipment removal, duct repair/replacement, refrigerant management, and more.
• Diagnosing HVAC system issues and providing recommendations.
• Ensuring compliance with all codes while collaborating with inspectors and suppliers.
• Maintaining clear communication with supervisors, dispatchers, and customers throughout the process.
• Training and guiding assistants who may work alongside you.
• Upholding professionalism and a positive attitude with customers and teammates alike.
