Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients;

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions;

Administer medication and assist with medical appointments;

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning;

Document and report any changes in client's condition to supervisor.
