Equipment Prep & Yard Specialist

AdvanceTrac Equipment is hiring an Equipment Prep & Yard Specialist to keep our fleet in top condition and our yard organized. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wash and detail machines, apply decals, grease equipment, perform check-in/check-out inspections, and keep the yard looking sharp.

Most of our employees are in the field each day, so this position requires someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with little to no supervision. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of the yard and keep our equipment “customer-ready” at all times.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean the exterior of heavy equipment
• Clean, sanitize , and detail cabs/interiors of heavy equipment
• Apply decals/logos and perform light touch-up paint
• Grease equipment and assist with basic upkeep tasks
• Perform check-in/check-out inspections, document condition, and log details on a company tablet
• Maintain cleaning, painting, decal, and yard supplies
• Keep yard, staging, and shop areas clean, safe, and organized
• Work independently with little day-to-day supervision while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Reliable and self-driven; able to manage workload without close oversight
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying Texas weather
• Basic mechanical/greasing knowledge preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, bend, and work on/around large equipment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 (depending on experience)
