Overview
Are you ready to drive sales and help customers find their perfect ride? We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team! If you are passionate about customer service, love hitting sales targets, and are enthusiastic about golf carts (from custom builds to commercial fleets), we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling additional products or services, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Deliver compelling product demos to prospective clients, highlighting features that meet their specific needs and demonstrating technical sales expertise.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market coverage and sales growth within assigned regions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering customer service excellence.
- Collaborative marketing tactics, you will be in charge of updating social media and website with current inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technology or retail environment.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successful lead generation and account management.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, negotiations, and building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Ability to perform technical sales presentations and demonstrate product features confidently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in inside or outside sales roles while achieving targets.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for territory growth.
