Job Title: Front Desk Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $21/hr

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced construction environment.

This role will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, assisting with crew scheduling and workload coordination, filing, payroll data entry, and providing general administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, prior construction industry experience (a plus), and the ability to multitask efficiently. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
