Key Responsibilities for Staff Member

• Efficiently handle payment processing using a register/POS system, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Provide a warm welcome and support to customers, foreseeing their needs to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Adhere to the brand's standards when making and serving coffee, tea, and unique beverages.
• Execute the cooking and serving of dishes as per the standards mandated by the establishment.
• Organize and oversee the cash drawer's funds, complete the cashier slip, and manage deposit tasks.
• Stick to the cash handling policies and procedures outlined by Aramark.
• Establish and disassemble the coffee bar, sections, or establishment while ensuring cleanliness and systematic organization.
• Ensure that the workspace is sanitary and organized through frequent cleaning and disinfection of equipment.
• Have a ready supply of beverage coolers, grab-and-go selections, serving tools, and condiments.
• Observe all health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation to safeguard against potential risks and maintain cleanliness.
• Fulfill responsibilities as instructed by higher authorities.

Qualifications for Staff Member

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Individuals with a background in cash management are preferred.
• Though advantageous, previous barista experience is not required.
• It is essential to have a grasp of basic math principles and counting techniques.
• Proficiency in working solo under restricted direction.
• Ability to comprehend written English, communicate effectively, and follow culinary instructions is mandatory.
• Compliance necessitates the completion of Food Handling Certification.
• Adherence to the specified dress standards is a must.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) might need to be worn.
