Qualifications for Physical Therapist (PT)

• Meets professional qualifications as per APTA or similar bodies
• Licensed for Physical Therapy in the state of practice
• Ability to work in home environments
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Preferably experienced in pediatric care
