Retail Sales Associate - 16 years old or above (Days / Nights)

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be on the front line of customer service, making sure each visitor feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. Your role is crucial in shaping every customer’s shopping experience. You’ll get thorough training so you can confidently recommend the best technology products and services for each individual need.

Your main duties include assisting customers with their purchases and providing support for in-store and curbside pickup orders. You’ll also perform regular cashier responsibilities, such as handling sales, returns, and exchanges.

Daily responsibilities include

Greeting customers and engaging with them in a courteous, welcoming manner
Demonstrating product features, answering customer questions, and recommending the best solutions
Processing transactions and handling returns at the register
Expanding your product knowledge through ongoing learning
Keeping the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked
Managing pickup orders and assisting customers in retrieving their items

Job requirements include: at least three months of experience in a retail or fast-paced team environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also essential. 16 years old or above.
