A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid professional license is needed to provide comprehensive speech and language services within a K-12 educational setting. This role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse student population across both high school and elementary school environments, supporting students' communication development from early childhood through adolescence.

Location : San Antonio, TX

Contract Duration : March 31, 2026 May 29, 2026

Schedule : One part-time position (20 hours / week) and one full-time position (37.5 hours / week) available

Assignment Type : Maternity leave coverage

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to students specific communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student records and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and implementation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current Professional License in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC certification preferred)
  • Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 students
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels and school sites
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate teamwork and family engagement
