Responsibilities for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)
- Administer medications according to physician orders
- Provide physician-ordered treatments which may include:
- Feeding tube nutrition
- Tracheostomy care
- Nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal suctioning
- Ventilation support
- Assessment and treatment for seizures
Requirements for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)
- Current, active LVN License
- Valid BLS CPR card (in-person certification required)
- Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilation care, or willingness to train

For eligible employees, we offer a bonus of $500 for every 250 billable hours worked, up to a total of $2,500. To qualify, employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submitting their application. This offer is valid for first-time employees only and is contingent upon completing all required documentation. Family members of current or potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible for the bonus. Please consult with your dedicated recruiter for more details.
Salary: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
