About who needs care: My mom had a stroke and sometimes forgets what word she wants to use. She also is in heart failure so doesn't have a lot of energy. Short outings is all she can handle maybe once or twice a week.
About the care needs: I think shed enjoy someone who is sweet and caring.
Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
