Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift 11:45pm- 7:30am)

JOB ROLE SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician will maintain industrial machinery of an assortment of equipment types through execution of preventative maintenance processes, troubleshooting of real-time anomalies, and repairing machinery in a highly safety conscientious environment where teamwork and high performance are paramount.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot equipment: electric/electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum industrial systems.
• Install, maintain, and tune electrical and instrumentation systems including Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
• Program and calibrate process control and electrical control systems (RS Logix 5000).
• Must be able to work at heights, operate a motorized forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift. Must beable to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment, i.e.: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots and other PPE as required by task
• Work in a Team Environment in coordination with Production and facility/maintenance personnel.
• Must possess strong Communications Skills (written and verbal); Support and participate in Company/Departmental Goals.
• Experience in industrial systems with strong emphasis in Programmable Logic Controllers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

A.S. Degree in a technical field such as: Instrumentation, Robotics, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Control Systems, etc. plus 5 years related industrial maintenance experience.
