Kiosk Attendant

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a food service environment. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while effectively managing cash handling and sales processes.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well organized.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Provide bilingual assistance as needed to cater to diverse customer needs (if applicable).
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience in food handling or retail sales environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems is highly desirable.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relations.
