Requirement

Food service/Dishwashing experience required. Leadership and organization skills are a must; attention to detail; prefer restaurant/dishroom experience.

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance.
• Supervise dish room and utility employees, ensuring a high standard of food safety and sanitation is maintained at all times.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
