Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

Provide training and create work schedules for shift associates.
Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Food service leadership experience required.
Ability to work flexible shift schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
Valid employee identification and background check clearance.
Pay Range: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
