Otolaryngology Nurse Practitioner - Now Hiring

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ENT practice in San Marcos, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in otolaryngology or a related specialty and a strong interest in providing comprehensive care for patients with ear, nose, throat, and sinus conditions in both clinic and procedural settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments for ENT-related conditions
- Assist with in-office procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions, including sinus disease, allergies, ear disorders, and throat complaints
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, recovery, and preventive care
- Collaborate with ENT physicians, audiologists, and other clinical team members
- Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- ENT, surgical, or specialty clinic experience preferred
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
