Education Requirements : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) / n / t

Certifications Requirements : ACLS, BLS, TNCC; NRP (can be completed on-site) / n / t

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with L&D and Med Surg background; prior critical access experience preferred; ER experience is a plus / n / t

Other Requirements : Ability to work night shift (6 : 45 PM - 7 : 00 AM); strong communication skills; flexibility to float between Med Surg and OB units; current Kansas RN license; physical stamina for night shifts / n

Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care to patients during all stages of labor, delivery, and postpartum. / n / t

Collaborate with physicians, neonatal teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. / n / t

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatments, and interventions. / n / t

Execute emergency protocols and respond swiftly to obstetric urgencies. / n / t

Support patients and families with education, comfort measures, and emotional reassurance throughout the childbirth process. / n
