House Cleaner / Maid (San Marcos & Schertz Areas)

We’re currently hiring dependable House Cleaners / Maids for San Marcos, TX, and surrounding areas, as well as Schertz, TX, and nearby communities!

At DONE PM, you’ll play an important role in creating fresh, welcoming, and beautifully maintained homes for our clients. You’ll complete a wide variety of cleaning tasks with consistency, care, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine home cleaning: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Follow DONE PM cleaning checklists to ensure high-quality results
• Use company‑provided supplies and equipment safely
• Respect clients’ homes, privacy, and pets
• Communicate professionally with the office and team leads
• Arrive on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license if driving to job sites)
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift 20–30 lbs
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, navigation, and communication
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Mobile phone

Experience

• No experience required—we provide full training
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not necessary
