Job description

Empire Building Diagnostics is seeking a commercial driver with an existing CDL. Roll-Off experience a plus, driver will be tasked with driving roll-off truck as well as making deliveries to job sites as needed. Looking for a driver with a positive attitude to grow with our company in the Buffalo area.

Duties and Responsibilities

Roll Off Drivers typically work weekdays (Monday

thru Friday). Empire Building Diagnostics Roll Off Drivers typically begin work at 7:00 am each day or at a time designated by the supervisor.

Expectations

\u2022 Work safely, professionally and efficiently with other drivers, customers, supervisors, and landfill staff.

\u2022 Hook/Unhook load at delivery and pickup

\u2022 Tarping of all loads- with Auto-tarper.

\u2022 Occasional realignment of loads prior to tarping.

\u2022 Filling out load reports or other paperwork legibly and accurately each day.

\u2022 Handling deliveries of small equipment and helping job sites get set up.

\u2022 Prior construction site experience preferred.

\u2022 Turn in proper paperwork each day by a designated time.

Required Training/ Prerequisites

YOU MUST HAVE A CDL CLASS B FOR THIS POSITION.

You must have at least 2 years of commercial driving. You must pass a Pre-Employment DOT physical, as well as a drug test.

Education and Certifications

Commercial Driver's License - Copy must be provided with application.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
