Hiring for COMMERCIAL HVAC Service Technicians

Compensation: $35-$42 Plus Commission Opportunities /

Employment type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service repairs within safety guidelines for our commercial accounts
• Must be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving on all common mechanical systems
• Provides preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Performs related work as assigned
• Installs refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, pneumatic control, and humidity control systems
• Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience
• Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Friendly, personable, and responsible team player
• Possess own basic hand tools
• Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
• Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems
• Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's trade
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
• Universal EPA certified
• NATE certified ()
• OSHA Certification ()
• Be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift and move 50lbs regularly throughout the day
