PrideStaff has openings in a San Marcos manufacturing company that is actively looking to add to the 1st and 2nd shift.

Position: Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm AND 2:15 pm - 10:45 pm

Location: San Marcos, Ca

Job Duties

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a machine operator
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength

Requirements

• 1+ years of machine operating experience and a stable work record with verifiable references
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
