This program is designed to help you develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to one day run your own successful Farmers Insurance agency.

What You’ll Do

• Learn all aspects of insurance sales, service, and operations
• Build relationships with clients and help them find coverage that fits their needs
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing
• Work alongside an established agency owner and gain real-world experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license

(Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or Personal Lines)
