We are now hiring an experienced line cook/prep cook for our San Marcos location. You must have a strong work ethic; have the ability to work unsupervised, and be professional and friendly while maintaining the utmost respect for your guests and fellow team members.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Line Cook Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipes and prep procedures.
- Maintain standards with all menu items and plate presentations as set forth by the restaurant.
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products and supplies at workstations to ensure a smooth service period.
- Handle, store, and rotate all food products to maintain freshness.
- Knowledge of proper operation of kitchen equipment
- Job Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around during entire shift.
- Ability to handle, carry, and/or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
