Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Community Liaison based in San Marcos, Tx. The Community Liaison will be responsible for building relationships with community partners in San Marcos, Kyle, Buda and surrounding counties, coordinating outreach efforts, promoting home care services, and supporting our clients and their families. Key tasks include engaging with local organizations, fostering strong communication with clients and partners, and ensuring exceptional customer service to fulfill our mission of compassionate caregiving.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach to develop meaningful relationships and implement outreach initiatives.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with community partners, clients, and their families.
• Knowledge of or experience in Home Care services and related industries is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Passion for creating positive impacts in the community and the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Social Services, Healthcare Administration, or Communications is preferred.
