As a Service Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding dining experience while also supporting your team. You'll collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure top-notch operational standards and help develop a cohesive and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Instill and practice Freddy's exceptional service, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Lead by example to motivate the team
• Create a professional work environment following company policies
• Ensure consistency between shifts through adherence to procedures and checklists
• Enhance time management and organizational skills
• Be open to learning and receiving constructive feedback
• Supervise team members actively while participating in restaurant operations
• Coach team members to elevate their skills
• Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant
• Assist management with various operational tasks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to work various shifts
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• A strong desire to lead by example and thrive in a team setting
• Natural leadership abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new competencies
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day
• Capability to reach, bend, lift, carry, and stoop continuously
• Ability to navigate all areas of the restaurant
• Must be able to move or handle items weighing up to 50 lbs
