We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Agent to join our team. This role is essential in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market position.
PLEASE NOTE : This position is solely commission based plus resididuals for the first 30 days while you are in your probitionary period, after your first month, dependent on performance you will have the option to become an hourly employee with a rate of $16 an hour.

Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with overall company goals.
- Utilize software tools, including CRM's, to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Manage projects related to business development initiatives from inception through execution.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic planning abilities to develop actionable plans that align with business objectives.
