What We Offer

• Location: San Marcos, Texas
• Flexible Schedule: Availability for all shifts and days of the week. This role is non-guaranteed hours but typically offers 32 to 40 hours weekly.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor premises for security and safety
• Conduct patrols to identify suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond swiftly to incidents or potential threats
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring security
• Document events and incidents through detailed reports
• Collaborate with law enforcement when needed
• Maintain the safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Pass a comprehensive screening process
• Strong ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing scenarios
• Excellent problem-solving skills and responsiveness
• Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus
• Possess or be able to obtain a Texas Security License
• Valid driver's license is required
• Must be at least 21 years old.
