Job duties for this Service Technician role will include:

• Drive to and from accounts in a company-provided vehicle (uniform, tools, and cell phone provided)
• Evaluate each pool and perform necessary maintenance **NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO START, WILL TRAIN
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Communicate with Service and Repair managers
• Build meaningful relationships with clients ranging from brand new pool owners to high end commercial managers.

Benefits

Starting pay for this position ranges from $20-$25/hr dependent on experience. Trainees starting at $20/hour and receive 4-6 weeks of initial training. Longer term hourly rates increase with experience and demonstrated technical competence and growth. Professional development milestones are clearly laid out - build your career here!

• Be outdoors for the majority of the workday
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Shift is Monday - Friday 630am - 3pm
