Our franchise organization, John Gomez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest's experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Guest Liaison's interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Guest Service

  • Extends a sincere greeting to incoming guests and warmly encourages them to return before they leave.
  • Provides support to individuals requiring assistance during their stay.
  • Oversees the execution of GC On the Go's takeaway orders.
  • Affable and polite while conversing on the phone.
  • Handles payments accurately.
  • Understands and adheres to job duties related to just-in-time delivery.
  • Well-acquainted with the daily buffet spread and has a thorough understanding of the menu items and their prices.

Cleanliness

  • Keeps the vestibule, host/cashier station, and nearby areas neat and well-organized.
  • Support is necessary to ensure the buffet is correctly arranged and the labels are accurate, along with the task of cleaning all the buffet stations and their surrounding areas.
  • Follows the stipulations laid out by the district health authority.
  • Oversees duty scheduling to uphold standards of cleanliness, service, and quality.

Operational Excellence

  • Notifies the supervisor about the necessity of transferring cash from the register to the secure safe to minimize the chances of theft.
  • Checks to ensure there is consistency between the drawer and the daily paperwork.
