• Sales Associates
• Shift Leads
• Store Manager

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

• Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience
• Drive sales performance and meet individual and team goals
• Support store operations, visual standards, and merchandising
• Lead and support the team (for Shift Lead and Store Manager roles)
• Develop deep knowledge of CUADRA products, craftsmanship, and brand values

Who We’re Looking For

• Passion for retail, fashion, and luxury customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (Sales Associate)
• Leadership or management experience required for Shift Lead and Store Manager roles

Important Timing Note

This store is scheduled to open in early February. Candidates available to join the team and begin training by late January will be prioritized.
