We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU in San Marcos, Texas to provide expert care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitoring vital signs and managing life-support equipment
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Educating patients and families on care plans and recovery
Skills Needed
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of ICU protocols and equipment
