Automotive Sales Porter

About the Role

The Service Porter at Honda of San Marcos is responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, maintaining the appearance of the service drive and lot, and assisting the service team in creating a professional and welcoming environment for customers. We are looking for a reliable and energetic Service Porter to join our growing team and ensure our service department operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle intake
• Move vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, parking lot, and customer waiting area
• Assist with valet service and shuttle driving when required
• Monitor and organize vehicle inventory on the lot
• Support service advisors and technicians as needed
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Dependable and punctual
