Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Provide clear and detailed service recommendations
• Communicate effectively with technicians and relay findings to customers
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timelines
• Ensure all repair orders are completed and closed out properly
• Promote additional services when appropriate
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

• Prior experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role preferred
• Basic understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and service software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
