PRIMARY FUNCTION

  • Work closely with the Principal and Associate Principal to enter critical information as needed
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure the accuracy of reporting and submissions
  • Complete weekly PET submissions and UID submissions as needed
  • Primary contact between the district, campus and Student Information System
  • Skills in bookkeeping activities such as reconciliation, account balancing and reporting
  • Monitor and process various employment documents and submit to administration
  • Coordinate PEIMS reports from departments to include CTE, SPED, ESL, LEP and PRS
  • Data entry of new enrollees to include demographics, transcripts, at-risk indicators, course completions, immunization records, and contact information
  • Perform data quality control checks as directed
  • Responsible for keeping student records and the enrollment/withdrawal process
  • Validate transcripts sent from the school and verify with Associate Principal when courses are completed
  • Requires extraordinary attention to detail and follow through to meet deadlines and commitments
  • Assist the Associate Principal in a professional operation of the front office climate that ensures quality customer service, timely and effective communications with teachers, faculty and staff.
  • Oversees the application and enrollment processes
  • Transfers student records using the TREX System
  • Perform monthly leaver audits to ensure accuracy of data, enter leaver updates as needed
  • Informs staff of student enrollment and withdrawals
  • Maintains accurate and current filing systems
  • Respects the confidentiality of the position
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Ability to maintain emotional control under stress
  • Knowledge of communication systems, office procedures and equipment
  • Computer skills and software programs to include MS Word, Office, JR3 and others
  • Ability to organize, follow instructions and use initiative to accomplish task accurately and timely
  • Establish and maintain a working relationship with others and the ability to be a team member

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
