Your Role as a Teacher

Your responsibilities will include

  • Implementing our curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Creating a safe and nurturing space for children to play and learn.
  • Collaborating with parents to ensure top-tier care and education.
  • Supporting center success and collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
  • Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing bodies, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and handle various situations effectively.
  • Meet specific role qualifications or be willing to obtain them.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to acquire.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Ability to position oneself at low levels for visual and physical child interaction, ensure safety, and participate in their activities.
  • English proficiency for communication with children and their parents.

Compensation Details

Compensation is set at $17.20 per hour. Additional compensation may be provided based on location or applicable grant funding.
