Your Role as a Teacher

Your responsibilities will include

  • Using our curriculum to address the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for play and learning.
  • Working closely with parents to provide excellent care and education.
  • Supporting center goals by teaming up with staff and leadership to meet key targets related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Developing strong connections with families, coworkers, licensing representatives, community members, and business partners.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Outstanding customer service and organizational abilities, with skill in multitasking and managing diverse situations.
  • Meeting all qualifications for the position or willingness to obtain them.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or readiness to acquire one.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work both inside and outside.
  • Capability to interact with children at their level, monitor safety, and engage in activities.
  • English language proficiency for communicating with children and their families.

Compensation Details

Hourly pay starts at $17.20. Additional earnings might be available through grants or other factors.
