OTR Flatbed Company Driver

• Specialized drivers earn up to $150,000 per year
• RGN and Step Deck opportunities available
• Salary pay available
• Standard OTR drivers earn up to $85,000 per year
• Average pay range: $1,200 - $1,800 per week
• $1,200 orientation pay
• Safety & clean inspection bonuses
• Home time: typically 3-4 weeks out, 3-4 days home
• Hiring area: all 48 contiguous states

Pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance. Specialized drivers pull a mix of specialized trailers and standard flatbed trailers. There is no Final date to receive applications. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL A License
• Must be 22 years of age
• 1 year OTR experience in the last 3 years OR 2 years of OTR experience in the last 5 years
• 6+ months verifiable flatbed experience
