Compensation

• Associate Therapists : $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, $4437.33 to $5546.67 depending on experience and clinical supervision hours needed (salary calculation based on 32 hour work week)
• Licensed Therapists : $45.00 to $65.00 per hour. $6240.00.00 to $ 9013.33 approximately per month (32 hour work week)

Requirements

• Licensure : Must be fully licensed as an LMFT or LCSW in California, OR a Registered Associate (AMFT / ACSW / APCC) with less than 2000 hours of clinical supervision remaining.
• Credentialing : Willingness to undergo a 60-90 day credentialing process to join MBO insurance panels (covered by MBO).
• Minimum Hours : At least 27 hours per week for full-time status, or 15 hours per week for part-time status.
• Holistic Practice : Preferred but not required—experience with at least one integrative mental health modality.
• Open-Mindedness : Must be open to integrative mental health practices and have a coachable, positive attitude.
• Commute : Commute to offices should be no more than 45 minutes.
• In-Person Requirement : Must be willing to work face-to-face at one of our office locations at least twice per week.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to clients, utilizing both integrative / holistic and traditional therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and Mindfulness.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required for licensure.

In particular there is one that would include a ready made caseload (clients already assigned mainly consisting of adults) for a therapist willing to work at least 25 weekly hours, scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm at the office and possibly one of these days would be remote.
