About This Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines, budget requirements, and scope. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams. A successful candidate will leverage PMP best practices to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, define objectives, and align expectations with stakeholders.
• Manage project scope using approved change control processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and assign responsibilities based on skill sets and workload.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching or escalation support as needed.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a project risk register and update leadership on potential impacts.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalating when necessary to avoid project delays.
• Develop and manage project budgets, provide regular forecasting and variance reporting.
• Optimize resource allocation to achieve project milestones within budget constraints.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate stakeholder approval at critical project phases.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver post‑project reviews, lessons learned, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and PMP methodologies.

We Are Looking For

• Possesses an active PMP certification in good standing (required).
• Has 3–7 years of project management experience (required).
• Can demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Holds a strong understanding of project management tools (MS Project, , Smartsheet, etc.).
• Can display excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Is able to utilize their experience working in manufacturing and engineering.
• Has Lean/Six Sigma training or certification.
• Is comfortable managing complex cross‑departmental initiatives.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 15 pounds at times.
