What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first impression of the community — and a big reason prospects become residents.

Your day-to-day will include

  • Touring prospective residents and creating an exceptional leasing experience
  • Following up with leads quickly and consistently (this is where the wins happen)
  • Guiding prospects through the application and move-in process with clarity and care
  • Keeping prospect and resident records accurate in our leasing system
  • Helping maintain a clean, professional leasing office and tour-ready model
  • Supporting resident communication and renewal efforts
  • Assisting with community marketing and outreach to drive traffic

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of leasing experience. We’re looking for someone with the right energy and skills:

  • Customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience (leasing is a plus)
  • Strong communication and follow-up habits
  • Confidence with computers, email, and basic office systems
  • A team-first attitude and professional presence
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and stay calm under pressure
  • Weekend availability (typical for leasing roles)
