Job Summary of Store Leader

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking to oversee the daily operations of a single store. This role is responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates will participate in a comprehensive leadership training program to prepare for success in managing all aspects of store operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Leader

• Hire, train, and develop store associates to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, financial performance, and team productivity.
• Ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational standards in the store.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Leader

• High school diploma required; further education preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) required.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
