Role and Responsibilities

The Guest Services Associate is responsible for supporting new member sales and delivering a positive member experience through superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role ensures that everyone feels valued and welcomed from the moment they enter the club. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and engage potential members, providing an exceptional customer experience
• Manage front desk duties, including answering calls, conducting informational calls and tours, assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity use, and account updates
• Address member questions or service issues and escalate to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the club according to Planet Fitness standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Honesty and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
