As our Director of Strategic Operations & Compliance, you’ll partner with our Administrator to:

• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple office locations
• Oversee manuals, onboarding, and caregiver training
• Analyze data to drive smarter growth decisions
• Cross-train in all roles (caregiver to recruiter) to build a true 360° vision
• Pioneer new ideas to improve how we serve seniors

We’re looking for a strategic, innovative leader with 5-7 years of experience in operations, compliance, or healthcare administration (home care experience a plus, but not required). Must be willing to travel between locations and eager to learn the industry if new to it.
