Front Desk Lead - GOLD'S GYM - San Marcos

Position Summary: The Front Desk Lead is responsible for leading the front-end team

members and providing the best guest experience for all club members and guests. The

position will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with the

management of the day-to-day operational needs including driving production,

delivering results, and Front Desk success. The Front Desk Lead will make sure the

club operates at maximum efficiency, while role-modeling the company's values and

culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Front Desk Lead will be required to work at the front desk at least 32–40

hours per week.

  • Ensure consistent service excellence by all team members resulting in friendly

front-end experience.

  • Assists in training and supervising team members for the Front Desk to deliver

our Gold's Gym's service promise consistently.

  • Effective, professional labor management; prepares Front Desk schedules for

GM/AGM approval.

  • Assists GM/AGM with monthly inventory process and other responsibilities as

determined by General Manager.

  • Ensures that all Front Desk policies and procedures are followed, while driving

success.

  • Ensures that all revenue goals are met each month.
