Role and Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a polite, professional attitude and acknowledge their presence.
• Scan merchandise accurately and complete payment transactions efficiently.
• Assist members at self-checkout stations and address routine questions or concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and member-ready checkout lanes and front-end spaces.
• Balance multiple responsibilities effectively in a high-volume retail setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $24.00, based on a 40-hour workweek and applicable minimum wage guidelines.
• Additional hourly premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 depending on scheduling, facility requirements, seasonal demand, or assigned duties.
