In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all agespromoting health, preventing illness, and managing both acute and chronic conditions.   • Duties
  • Conduct thorough medical history assessments and physical examinations to evaluate patient health status.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Develop individualized care plans, including preventive strategies, health education, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Currently using Athena One
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests including medical imaging (e.g., CT scans), laboratory results, and other assessments to inform clinical decisions.
  • Coordinate with specialists in fields such as psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, and others for comprehensive patient management.
  • Provide patient education on health maintenance, medication management, immunizations, and family planning options.
  • Manage outpatient care settings, including our walk in clinic when necessary.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects to enhance healthcare delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical records for legal and continuity of care purposes.
  • Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine as a Family Physician in the state of Texas.
  • Proven experience in primary care settings with familiarity in outpatient and inpatient environments.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to perform procedures including suturing, wound care, and joint injections.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and health coaching.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating compassion and professionalism at all times. Pay : $230,000.00 - $330,000.00 per year
