Job Summary
Senior Helpers of San Marcos, a leading home care company in South Central Texas, is seeking a motivated, people-focused Client Development Coordinator to help grow our in-home care services.
This entry-level role focuses on following up with leads, speaking with families, and supporting referral relationships .
Training is provided.
This position offers a unlimited commission and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from families and referral sources
- Speak with families to understand care needs and explain services
- Schedule assessments and coordinate next steps with the care team
- Follow up consistently with leads to support new client starts
- Assist with referral partner follow-up and community outreach
- Track leads and activity in the CRM system
- Work toward monthly performance goals with coaching and support
Qualifications
Required
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, intake, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized with good follow-through
- Comfortable working toward goals
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, or home care
- Prior sales or commission experience (not required)
