We are seeking a Community Gate Attendant to become an integral part of our team. In this position, you will be acting as a community relations officer assisting residents and guests enter into an 1800 acre community with a golf course, restaurant, bar, Welcome/Visitor Center, amenities and more!

Responsibilities: What’s the job like?

Work in San Marcos's most upscale gated community with restaurant, gym, pools, and an 18 hole golf course
Greet customers at the entry gate as they arrive (Gate House is roomy, and has A/C and Heat!) - Comfortable working environment
Check Visitors into the property
Answer Guest's questions and provide them directions to their destination within the community
Issue residents vehicle access passes

Qualifications: Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
Professional appearance
Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
Strong communication skills
